From the Press Release: Monterey, CA (10/21/2024) – Broken Curfew Records is excited to announce its partnership with the extreme Christian metal band, Divine Incision. Divine Incision is an experimental project that seamlessly blends traditional production methods with advanced machine learning tools, creating a hybrid sound that pushes the boundaries of extreme metal while maintaining a strong human-driven focus to their music.

Their first single, "Wormwood," is already available on all major streaming platforms. The track is inspired by Revelation 8:10-11, where a great star named Wormwood falls from the heavens, turning the waters bitter and leading to widespread death. The song’s apocalyptic themes are matched by punishing riffs and a brutal atmosphere, offering listeners a taste of the band's intense and thought-provoking sound.

The next single, "Demons Cast into Swine," will drop on October 25, 2024. Lyrically, this track blends two distinct biblical events to create a cohesive visual narrative. The first is the story of Jesus casting demons into a herd of swine, as recorded in Mark 5:12-13, Matthew 8:28-34, and Luke 8:26-39. The second is the reference in Luke 8:2 to Mary Magdalene, from whom Jesus cast out seven demons. This fusion of events creates a vivid lyrical tapestry that mirrors the band's unique sound.

Divine Incision’s highly anticipated debut album will be released in late November 2024, following the release of a third and final single earlier that month. With their powerful blend of extreme Christian metal, biblical storytelling, and forward-thinking production, Divine Incision is poised to make a bold impact on the metal scene.
